How can I book a transfer or excursion?
You only have to select the day and time of the service, choose the appropriate vehicle according to the number of seats required and complete the reservation.
Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
Yes, upon completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the service, including pick-up and drop-off times, destination, number of seats in the vehicle and any other relevant information.
Can I modify or cancel a reservation?
Yes, it is possible to modify a reservation. Our traffic department adapts to changes that may arise during the service to manage them in the best possible way. As for cancellations, they can be made free of charge as long as the deadlines established in our terms of service are respected.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We offer a courtesy waiting time. If the delay exceeds this time, an additional charge for extra time will be applied, subject to driver availability.
How much luggage can I carry?
Our vehicles have ample luggage space. The amount of luggage allowed will depend on the type of vehicle hired and the number of passengers. If you need to carry additional luggage, please contact us before booking.
